Simon Michaelis

Simon Michaelis is an experienced underwriter and product manager specializing in affinity insurance, assistance, and P&C sectors. They currently serve as the Head of Product Development at assona GmbH and previously held roles at AXA Partners, where they managed product development and underwriting for various insurance lines. Simon also contributed as an Associate Consultant at Simon-Kucher & Partners and took on leadership responsibilities at Enactus University of Mannheim. They earned a B.Sc. in Business Administration and a M.Sc. in Mannheim Master in Management from Universität Mannheim, supplemented by exchange studies at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and other institutions.
