Cole Outz

Cole joined Assurance in 2020 to lead the North American sales efforts. With him, he brings a strong background of building and scaling sales organizations for high-growth software and services companies. In his career, Cole has played a pivotal role in driving teams through multiple rounds of capital raise to further accelerate their growth. As a former Division-1 baseball player, Cole still enjoys playing baseball in a wood-bat adult league (although, he'll claim it's much more painful than it was "back in the day"). When not at work or on the baseball diamond, you can typically find Cole either in the gym or at the park with his wife and their two dogs.
