Amber Lam

Amber Lam is a Vice President and Assistant Corporate Secretary at Assurant, where they provide strategic advice to the Board and senior management on securities, financing, and corporate matters. They are currently a Fellow at The Economic Club of New York, participating in discussions on pressing economic and political issues. Previously, Amber held roles as Lead Counsel and Senior Counsel at Assurant and served as a Corporate Associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP. Amber earned a BBA with Distinction and a JD/MBA from York University, along with a Graduate Diploma in Real Estate & Infrastructure.
