Chris Jiang has extensive experience in the insurance and actuarial sectors, having held several leadership roles. From November 2016 to January 2019, Chris served as Chief Underwriting Officer for Allianz Partners Greater China, managing underwriting, actuarial pricing, and product development across multiple regions. Chris progressed to a Senior Manager position at ICBC from February 2019 to July 2022, overseeing actuarial teams for portfolio monitoring and rate adequacy. Prior experience includes working as a Pricing Actuary at Zurich North America from 2008 to 2013, focusing on commercial lines and predictive modeling. Chris also held the position of Actuarial Director at AIG, where the oversight of analytics professionals in personal insurance was a key responsibility. Currently, Chris is the Director and Head of Asia Pricing and Underwriting at Assurant, leading activities across various Asian markets.
