Jamie Wick

Jamie Wick is a seasoned instructional designer with extensive experience in developing and implementing eLearning and training initiatives across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Instructional Designer at Assurant since December 2013, Jamie focuses on creating eLearning modules and training videos, particularly for the Microsoft Office 365 initiative, while collaborating with internal teams to support various projects. Prior roles at Assurant include Instructional Designer and Elearning and Training Designer, where responsibilities encompassed the maintenance of mobile websites and conducting webinars for Microsoft products. Jamie's earlier experience at Aetna as a Learning Consultant included managing projects for system enhancements and developing SharePoint training curricula. Jamie also held positions in quality analysis, corporate training, and customer service prior to entering instructional design, demonstrating a rich background in training and support across multiple sectors. Jamie's educational background includes a Specialized Diploma in Travel and Tourism from Northampton Community College.
