Joanne Helm is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in strategic initiatives and partnership management. Joanne has contributed to organizations such as Farm Credit Canada, where they focused on customer experience research, and iQmetrix, where they held several key roles, including Vice President of Partner Management. Currently, Joanne serves as an AVP of Strategic and Cross Client Initiatives at Assurant and is a member of Chief, a network aimed at empowering women in leadership.
