Michelle Griffith, MBA, PMP, CSM, is the Director of Business Projects at Assurant, where they translate and execute IT and business strategic visions into actionable goals. With over twenty years of diverse experience in business and technology, Michelle has excelled in managing large-scale projects that span various functions and cultures. They hold a Master of Business Administration from Barry University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Florida International University, while also being certified as a Project Management Professional and a Certified Scrum Master. Previously, Michelle served as a Senior Account Executive and Senior Project Manager at Assurant Specialty Property, as well as a Senior System Analyst at Assurant.
