Patrick Sullivan

Patrick Sullivan is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the insurance and banking sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Industry Relations and Compliance at Assurant Specialty Property, Patrick leads governance, risk, and compliance efforts for insurance products, engaging with state and federal regulators on policy matters. Previous roles at Assurant include Product Line Executive, where management of a homeowner's insurance product was the focus, and Director of New Business Development, overseeing the launch of new products and business ventures. Patrick’s background also includes significant positions at Fannie Mae, such as Manager of Loan Servicing Standards, where corporate policies were developed, and Audit roles where financial compliance was ensured. Early career experience as a Senior Auditor at American Security Bank provided a solid foundation in financial and internal control audits.
