Ron Mask

Ron Mask has over 20 years of experience in instructional design and training, currently serving as the Director of Learning & Development at Assurant since July 2015. Prior roles include significant positions at PNC from May 2010 to July 2015, where Ron held titles such as AVP, Instructional Design Project Manager and AVP, Training and Design Manager. Additionally, Ron contributed to PNC Mortgage as a Lead Instructional Designer from September 2005 to April 2010 and gained initial experience at Huffy Corporation as an In-Home Training Specialist/Program Manager from 1999 to 2003. Ron's educational background includes a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management from Franklin University and an A.A.S. in Business Administration from Sinclair Community College.
