Steven Lloyd

Steven Lloyd is an experienced professional in operational performance management, currently serving as the Director of Operational Performance at Assurant since February 2004. In this role, Steven leads four key pan-European operational teams, focusing on strategic planning, forecasting, scheduling, and intraday management information. Previous positions at Assurant include Head of Operational Performance for Europe and Senior Resource Planning Manager. Prior to Assurant, Steven worked at HBOS as a Resource Planning Analyst and began a career at the Bank of Scotland as an Inbound Sales Agent. Education was completed at Whitby High School from 1987 to 1994.
