Erick Bond

Erick Bond currently serves as President at AssuredPartners, a role held since January 2019, focusing on strategic objectives through team development and sales. Previously, from April 2012 to January 2019, Erick was Vice President and Benefits Consultant at Bond Benefits Consulting, where responsibilities included building and maintaining comprehensive benefits packages aligned with employers' business objectives. Prior to that, Erick worked as a Senior Sales Representative at CIGNA from June 2005 to March 2012, driving new business in the employee range of 50-5000 with a focus on integrated medical and disability solutions. Erick's early career included a position as a Student Caller and Intern for the Colgate University Annual Fund in 2004-2005. Erick holds a BA in Political Science from Colgate University, obtained in 2005.
