Jeff McCarthy

Jeff McCarthy is a seasoned Applications Support and Administrative Project Management Professional with over 23 years of experience in Agency Operations, Technology, Management, and Sales. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Agency Management Systems at AssuredPartners, they have previously held significant roles, including VP of P&C Integrated Applications at NFP, where they directed the end-to-end strategy for the Applied Epic platform. Jeff has aided in the successful conversion of over 7,500 users to Applied Epic and is recognized for their ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders. In addition, they have contributed to various organizations, including serving as an Age Director at Evolution Basketball and as a Basketball Referee for IAABO Board 27 since 1995. Jeff's educational background includes studies at the University of Massachusetts at Lowell.
