Matt McFall

Matt McFall is an experienced financial services executive with over 20 years of expertise spanning insurance brokerage, underwriting, and asset-backed venture lending. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President and National Head of M&A Advisory Services at AssuredPartners, McFall previously held multiple leadership roles at Lockton Companies, including Managing Director and National Practice Leader for transaction advisory services. An accomplished advisor to C-suite executives, McFall excels in marketing complex transactional insurance solutions and M&A due diligence, as well as strategic change management throughout the corporate growth cycle. McFall's previous experience includes key positions at ABD Insurance, AIG, GATX, Comerica Bank, and Silicon Valley Bank, coupled with an MBA in Finance from the University of Notre Dame and a BS in Business and Administration from the University of Colorado Boulder.
