Michael Hill

Michael Hill has extensive experience in the construction and environmental assessment sectors, spanning several decades. Since November 1993, Michael has worked as a Contract Bond Agent at AssuredPartners, focusing on assisting contractors with their contract bond programs. Previously, Michael held the position of Senior Vice President at Baldwin Cox Agency from 1993 to August 2022, where the focus was also on contract bond needs for construction contractors. Earlier roles include managing real estate assessments and environmental investigations at Cura, Inc. and Harding Lawson Associates, as well as leadership positions in construction management at Federated Department Stores, Interstate General Corp., and Sanger Harris Department Stores. Michael began the career in construction at Pleasant Excavating, where multiple responsibilities were handled over a six-year period. In terms of education, Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Zoology from Ohio Wesleyan University.
