Michael Reph

Michael Reph has extensive experience in the insurance and banking industry. Michael currently holds the position of Senior Vice President at AssuredPartners. Prior to this, they served as Vice President at Woodruff Sawyer from 2019 to 2022. Michael also worked at Parker, Smith & Feek as a Principal & Vice President, focusing on commercial insurance for healthcare providers and senior living operators from 2014 to 2019. Before that, they were a Principal Relationship Manager, VP at Wells Fargo, managing business banking and middle market banking relationships from 2013 to 2014. Michael also held the position of Commercial Lender, VP at Heritage Bank NW from 2011 to 2013 and worked as a Relationship Manager at Foundation Bank from 2007 to 2011, where they managed business banking relationships and navigated difficult economic challenges during the Great Recession.

Michael Reph, RPLU holds a B.A. degree in Economics and Law and Public Policy from Gonzaga University, which they completed between 2002 and 2006. Michael also obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Seattle University, achieved between 2011 and 2013. Michael has received additional certification as a Registered Professional Liability Underwriter (RPLU) from the Professional Liability Underwriting Society in 2022. In 2018, they completed Leadership Development training at Thayer Leadership.
