Lisa Cave

Lisa Cave serves as the EVP of Customer Success at Assurified since June 2023, where responsibilities include defining customer success strategies, overseeing onboarding, support, and success management, hiring for critical roles, and leading efforts for SOC2 Type 1 certification. Prior to this role, Lisa was with Bottomline Technologies for over 15 years, ascending from Program Manager to VP of Customer Success & Delivery, managing implementations for digital banking solutions for over 800 financial institutions, and targeting significant revenue goals across multiple projects. Previous experience includes managing teams at Continental Biomass Industries, Event Horizon, and Bankers Trust (Deutsche Bank), emphasizing project management, process improvement, and quality assurance. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Franklin & Marshall College.
