Brett West

Brett West is a seasoned professional in real estate development with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Real Estate Development at Assurity Life since March 2015, Brett leads initiatives to expand the company's investment portfolio and spearhead new development projects. Previously, Brett held the position of Director of Development at WRK LLC, where the focus was on the Canopy Street Development Project in Lincoln, Nebraska. As a partner at West Development Partners LLC, Brett specialized in the redevelopment of infill sites in Southeast Wisconsin. Additional experience includes roles as Principal and Team Leader at Kahler Slater, where Brett oversaw a multidisciplinary team, and as a Design Architect at Eppstein Uhen Architects and DLR Group. Brett holds a Master's degree in Architecture and Business from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
