Kelsey Blersch

Kelsey Blersch is a Human Resources Recruiter at Assurity since February 2022, responsible for sourcing, onboarding, conducting employee trainings, and facilitating intern meetings. Previously, Kelsey held the position of Recruitment Specialist at Sandhills Global from September 2021 to February 2022, and served as a Child and Family Support Specialist at the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services from September 2020 to September 2021. Kelsey began the career in family support as a Family Support Worker at Jenda Family Services from May 2019 to August 2020. Kelsey obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln between 2017 and 2020.
