Andreia Maritan

Andreia Maritan is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in HR management and organizational development. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at CGI en France since September 2015, Andreia has been pivotal in deploying HR policies for the Business Unit Sciences de la Vie and providing support and advice to operational managers. Prior experience includes over a decade at Assystem, where roles encompassed Senior HR Officer and HR Assistant, focusing on employee administration, strategic HR initiatives, and participation in significant restructuring projects. Additionally, Andreia has held HR development responsibilities at ASSYSTEM Romania and contributed to the opening of Mr.Bricolage's first store in Romania through project management and recruitment efforts. Andreia holds a Master 1 in Human Resource Management from Institut de Gestion Sociale - IGS Paris and a DESS in Industrial Risk Management from Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III).
