Ashutosh Kumar

Ashutosh Kumar has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Ashutosh currently holds the position of Head HR at Assystem, where they are responsible for defining and contributing to the strategic development and delivery of goals for the organization. Prior to this, they served as the Assistant Vice President HR at Sterlite Power, where they headed HR for Projects and provided end-to-end HR support to the Projects and Asset Management team. Before that, Ashutosh worked as the Deputy General Manager HR at Bharti Infratel Limited, leading the HR function for the biggest circle of the company. Ashutosh also gained experience at Avery Dennison as the Manager Talent Acquisition, South Asia and HR Business Partner, Commercial & Enabling Functions. Ashutosh started their career as an Assistant Manager, HR at ANZ International Inc. and worked in various HR roles at TNT Speedage.

Ashutosh Kumar completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications (B.C.A) from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya from the year 2000 to 2003. Ashutosh then pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources (MPM) from Savitribai Phule Pune University from 2004 to 2006. In terms of additional certifications, Ashutosh obtained certifications in Strategic Human Resources from LinkedIn in 2018, Executive Management Programme on "Stepping into Leadership" from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore in 2014, HR in Alignment - HR as a Business Partner from SHRM in 2013, and IR Capability Building from SHRM in 2012.
