Dean Rodgers is an experienced professional in cost consulting and project management, with a career spanning several roles from 1995 to the present. At Arcadis, Dean served as a Senior Cost Consultant and Commercial Manager focused on the Environment Agency contract for nearly a decade, successfully delivering various flood management projects and earning awards for exemplary project execution.
