Eugene Phillips

Eugene Phillips is a highly experienced engineering professional with a career spanning several decades. Currently a Senior Engineer and Project Manager at Assystem since 2014, Eugene leads the complete engineering design for the WAS new city development in Saudi Arabia, managing a multidisciplinary team to bring the project to the Invitation for Bid (IFB) stage. As Managing Director and founding shareholder of PMC Partnership since 1996, Eugene has established the firm as a prominent consulting engineering practice in Ireland, specializing in Mechanical and Electrical Building Services and Sustainable Engineering Design. Previous roles include Senior Engineer and Associate Director at Homan O'Brien Associates and Seamus Homan Associates, both focusing on Mechanical Building Services. Eugene holds an education from Technological University Dublin.
