Laura Joryeff is a Chartered Chemical Engineer and Fellow of IChemE, currently serving as a Chief Safety and Risk Consultant in the Nuclear Generation and New Build sector. With over 15 years of experience across the Pharmaceuticals industry and downstream Oil and Gas, Laura specializes in risk assessment, management, and developing regulatory compliance strategies for complex, high-hazard environments. Previously, Laura held multiple roles at Eni, Prosonix Ltd, and Frazer-Nash Consultancy, and is recognized for contributions to safety and security as one of the WE50 Top 50 Women in Engineering in 2023. As a STEM Ambassador and advocate for Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion, Laura actively leads the Assystem Parent and Carer’s network. Laura earned a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College London.
