Malène is a graduate of the French business school ESCP Europe. She began her career at KPMG Deal Advisory in 2008, where she was senior manager in Transaction Services and took part in numerous merger & acquisition projects. In 2014, she joined Europcar Mobility Group where she held several positions in finance and operations, including Group Head of M&A, Group Controlling Director, Group Transformation Director in charge of HQ reorganization together with functional processes rationalization, Deputy Group CFO, and lastly Group CFO prior to Europcar delisting after the acquisition by a Volkswagen-led consortium.
She joined Assystem in February 2023 as Group Chief Financial Officer. She is a member of the Executive Committee.
