Matthew Gallimore has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Matthew started their career as an Instrument & Electrical Senior Technician at Ineos & ICI, where they gained expertise in designing control and electrical systems. Matthew then moved on to roles such as Territory Sales Manager at RS Components, where they developed a local client base, and Power Sales Manager at Megger, where they sold High Voltage test equipment.

Afterward, Matthew joined Emerson as an Asset Optimization Consultant, selling asset reliability solutions and providing services for criticality studies. Matthew later became the Business Development Manager for the UK & Ireland, focusing on meeting sales objectives and cultivating customer relationships.

Matthew then transitioned to Rolls-Royce, initially serving as a Global Business Development Manager for Controls & Data Services (CDS), where they specialized in providing software and services to reduce risk and optimize performance. Matthew later became the Vice President of Global Sales for CDS, taking on responsibilities such as creating and driving the sales team and defining global sales strategies.

Currently, Matthew is working as the Chief Sales Officer at Assystem, an independent engineering group, where they support clients in managing complex projects and digital transformation initiatives.

In addition to their professional roles, Matthew is also involved with the Nuclear Industry Association as the Chair of the Nuclear Fusion Group.

Matthew Gallimore attended St. Nicholas High School from 1987 to 1992. Matthew then attended Sir John Deane's Sixth Form College from 1992 to 1994. Lastly, they studied at West Cheshire College from 1994 to 1998.
