Matthieu Marsan has extensive experience in the aerospace industry, currently serving as the Head of Department for Manufacturing and OEM Support at Assystem since April 2007, where responsibilities include managing a Business Unit dedicated to AIRBUS RSP and MAP activities, overseeing profit and loss, and leading a team of up to 140 individuals. Previously, Matthieu held roles as a Business Development Engineer in both Toulouse and Hamburg, focusing on trans-national business development, bid process management, and commercial relationship development. Earlier experiences include project management support for major aeronautical projects such as the A380 and A400M, as well as an engineering designer position that involved CATIA V5 design and project management. Matthieu holds a Master of Science in Management of Innovation and Technology from TBS Education and an engineering degree from Icam.
