Mélanie Bony

Mélanie Bony currently serves as Chargée de formation and Cheffe de projet recrutement at Assystem, focusing on the implementation of POEI to address challenges in the nuclear sector while managing training and recruitment projects for job seekers. Prior to this, Mélanie worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at NQT Association, facilitating connections between recent graduates and mentors. Mélanie's experience also includes roles at RESSORT and La Cravate Solidaire, where responsibilities ranged from managing partnerships and organizing workshops to fundraising and supporting job seekers. Additional project management experience was gained in the public sector with the Ville de Fontaine and the Mairie de Saint Martin d'Hères. Mélanie holds a Master's degree in Public Policy and Social Change from Sciences Po Grenoble and has a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the same institution, along with a scientific baccalaureate.
