Pankaj Teware

Pankaj Teware is a skilled engineering professional with extensive experience in structural design and bridge engineering. Currently employed as a Structural Design Engineer at Assystem since June 2024, Pankaj has previously worked at K&J Projects Private Limited as a Bridge Engineer, where responsibilities included the design of precast post-tension girders and RCC structures. Prior roles include Structural Design Engineer at Aarvee Associates, contributing to the design of substructures for significant alignments, and serving as an Assistant Professor at Prof Ram Meghe College of Engineering & Management, where contributions to student training and quality assurance were emphasized. Pankaj is also a part-time PhD scholar at Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology (VNIT), focusing on finite element modeling and the study of concrete plastic behavior. Pankaj holds a Master of Technology in Structural Engineering from VNIT, obtained in 2012.
