Phil Forster

Phil Forster is a Senior Systems Engineer with over seven years of experience in the specification, integration, and realization of major rail projects. Currently employed at Assystem, they previously held key roles at companies including Amey and SYSTRA, where they specialized in systems integration and interface management. Phil began their career as a Graduate Mechanical Engineer at Ansaldo Nuclear before advancing through various technical roles. They earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering with first-class honors from the University of Liverpool and are pursuing a Master of Science in Systems Engineering at Loughborough University.
