Shannon O’Rourke

Shannon Oliver currently serves as a Corporate Applications Analyst at the Department of Training and Workforce Development, focusing on support and maintenance of corporate applications for TAFE colleges. In addition, Shannon works as an eLearning Support Officer at South Metropolitan TAFE, assisting academic staff with eLearning systems and technology, while previously holding the position of Administrative Officer to provide administrative support for staff development initiatives. Prior experience includes serving as Sports Administration Manager at All Flags Signs & Banners, coordinating teams for major sporting events, and as a Customer Care Professional at TNT. Shannon's educational background includes a Diploma of Software Development and a Certificate IV in Computer Programming from South Metropolitan TAFE, along with participation in the Shannon Codes Australia - Plus Program.
