Simon Cassette

Simon CASSETTE has extensive experience in the nuclear safety sector, holding the position of Responsable Groupe Métier Sûreté at Assystem since September 2012. Responsibilities include managing a team focused on nuclear safety, radiation protection, and ergonomic factors, along with coordinating safety studies for projects at CEA, IRSN, and Orano Projets. Past roles include serving as an Ingénieur Sûreté Nucléaire, where Simon worked on crisis management and regulatory document creation, as well as overseeing safety assessments for nuclear facility designs. Previous internships at CEA and GANIL contributed to foundational skills in neutron calculation and simulations. Simon holds an engineering diploma in nuclear engineering from Grenoble INP - Phelma.
