Tom Gibbs is a Technical Director specializing in submarines at Assystem, where they provide technical leadership to engineers to enhance design, decision-making, and collaboration. Previously, Tom served in various roles at the UK Ministry of Defence from 2013 to 2019, including Chief Engineer for the SSN AUKUS project and Deputy Chief Engineer for the SSNR program. Before that, Tom was a Principal Naval Architect at BMT from 2008 to 2019. Tom is currently pursuing an MEng(Hons) in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering at University College London.
