Victor Richet is a Program Director and Digital Transformation Leader with a background in nuclear engineering. Currently serving as Directeur de Programme at Assystem since 2024, Victor directs projects related to EDF's decennial inspections and manages digital strategy within the business unit. Previously, Victor held roles such as System Architect and Discipline Lead at Assystem, where they focused on digital tool deployment, as well as a Deputy Nuclear Counsellor at CEA, facilitating Franco-Polish scientific collaborations. Victor earned a Master's degree in Nuclear Reactors Physics and Engineering from the Institut national des Sciences et Techniques nucléaires and another Master's in Energy from Ecole polytechnique.
