Xavier NICOLAS

Xavier NICOLAS has extensive experience in radiation protection and health, safety, and environmental (HSE) management, with a career spanning from 2008 to the present. At Assystem from November 2016 to September 2018, Xavier served as a Radiation Protection Management System Manager and held various roles as HSE Manager, overseeing radiation protection advisers and managing work permit systems across multiple business units and sites, contributing to the safety of approximately 1,000 workers. Prior to Assystem, experience includes serving as an HSE & Radiation Protection Technician at Framatome, where responsibilities included radiation protection monitoring and team supervision, and an earlier role as a Work-Study Radiation Protection Technician at AREVA EURODIF PRODUCTION. Continuing professional development includes consultancy work as an occupational health and safety specialist since September 2015. Educational qualifications include certifications in radioprotection and physics.
