Yeşim Özsınmaz, ACC, CPCC, is the Regional Head of HR for Turkey and Central Asia, currently working at Assystem. With extensive experience in the oil and energy industry, Yeşim has served as an Executive and Team Coach, HR and OD Consultant, and Trainer since 2020. Prior to this, they held various positions, including Human Resources, Training and Compliance Director at İskenderun Enerji Üretim ve Ticaret A.Ş. from 2001 to 2019, and Human Resources Manager at Otokoc from 2000 to 2001. Yeşim graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration and a Master of Science from Middle East Technical University, and has pursued multiple coaching certifications.
