Michael Dogan

Michael Dogan is a visionary technology executive with over 20 years of experience in leveraging technology to drive organizational growth. Currently serving as a Senior Consulting Manager at Oracle since August 2018, Michael is responsible for expanding install base accounts and developing a robust revenue backlog through effective territory planning and account development. In addition, Michael has held the position of Client Partner for Emerging Technology at AST Corporation since May 2015, collaborating with C-level executives to align technology strategies with business objectives. Previously, Michael served as Executive Technology Advisor for the City of Atlanta from February 2008 to April 2015, overseeing a team of over 200 IT professionals and managing a $56 million annual budget as Chief Information Officer. Michael holds an MBA in Business and Project Management from Keller School of Management and a BS in Statistics from the University of South Carolina.
