Christopher Britten began their work experience in 2000 as a Technician at Anglian, where they led a team in a production plant environment. Christopher then moved on to Openreach in 2016, working as a Network Telecommunications Engineer, installing and maintaining broadband for residential and commercial customers. In 2019, Britten joined the Royal Fleet Auxiliary as part of the Communications team, operating global radio, satellite, and IT systems. In 2020, they worked at the NHS as a Network & Telecommunications Analyst, providing support for network and telecommunication systems. Currently, they are working at Applied Satellite Technology Ltd as a Technical Support Engineer, specializing in networking support for the maritime industry.

Christopher Britten attended Royal Navy - HMS Collingwood from 2018 to 2020, where they completed an Apprenticeship in IT, Software, Web & Telecoms Professionals. During this time, they also obtained a Level 2 BTEC Diploma in Communications / IT. In 2019, they received a GMDSS General Operators Certificate (GOC) from Royal Navy - HMS Collingwood. Prior to their time in the Royal Navy, Christopher attended Hellesdon High Sixth Form Centre from 1995 to 1997, where they completed their A Levels in ICT, Maths, and Geography. Christopher also attended Hellesdon High School from 1992 to 1995, where they obtained their GCSE.
