Santh Kumar

Santh Kumar has had a diverse range of work experiences in the field of recruiting and operations. Santh started their career as a Technical Recruiter at MaterialSoft in 2006 and then moved on to become a Sr.Technical Recruiter at Agiline Inc. in 2007. In 2008, they joined Lancesoft Inc. as a Manager of U.S. Recruitment, specializing in recruiting professionals in the Utilities/Energy, Telecom Products, Cruiseline, and Mortgage/Financial sectors. Santh held this position until 2014 when they became the Director of Recruiting and Operations at TechLink Systems Inc. In 2019, they transitioned to Asta CRS, Inc. as the Director of Operations & Delivery in India.

Santh Kumar obtained a Master of Science degree in Computer Science with a specialization in Software from Madurai Kamaraj University, where they studied from 2004 to 2006.
