Naser Mortaja

Naser Mortaja has extensive experience in project management and construction. Naser is currently the Project Delivery & Development Director at ASTAD Project Management, where they are responsible for overseeing and leading a team of professionals in various disciplines. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Project Management at Msheireb Properties, managing the execution of projects and ensuring adherence to budgets, schedules, and quality standards. Naser also worked as a Senior Project Manager at Projacs and gained experience as a Field Engineer at Hilti New Zealand and as a Construction Manager at Al-Khodari International Group. Naser started their career as a Section Engineer at The International Contractors Group, where they were involved in large-scale construction projects.

Naser Mortaja attended Kuwait University from 1978 to 1983, during which they studied Civil Engineering.
