William Karr

William Karr is a seasoned Project Management Director currently serving as the Acting Executive Director and Senior Program Manager for a new Medical City encompassing 13 operating hospitals and related facilities. With extensive experience in key executive management positions focused on the development of new cities across the Middle East and Latin America, William has led projects valuing over 1 billion USD. William previously held roles as Partner and Managing Director at William M. Karr & Associates Inc., as well as Senior Project Manager and Project Management Specialist at various firms. William earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Sociology, and History from the University of Miami and an Associate’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas.
