Jenn Mitchell

Jenn Mitchell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in documentation, training, and project management across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Documentation and Training at Astadia, Jenn leads a team of senior technical writers and instructional designers, contributing to significant projects such as an award-winning mainframe migration for the USAF. With a strong background in creating technical documentation, custom training, and implementing process improvements, Jenn has successfully reduced errors and generated substantial annual savings at Florida Blue. Previous roles include managing complex digital marketing projects, establishing documentation and training departments, and consulting on user adoption strategies for SharePoint. Jenn holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Florida and a Master's degree in Accounting from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina.
