Chandra Bhesetti

Chandra Bhesetti is an accomplished professional in the field of semiconductor technology, currently serving as Principal Scientist at the Institute of Microelectronics since May 2020, where leadership focuses on strategic technology development for advanced packaging and heterogeneous integration projects. Prior experience includes roles at Lam Research, where contributions to MRAM product development supported a $12M revenue opportunity, and at Applied Materials, where the focus was on developing dry etch process technologies for advanced packaging applications. Chandra's early career included a position as a Scientist at the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO). Chandra holds an Executive MBA from SP Jain School of Global Management and a PhD in Materials Science from the National University of Singapore, in addition to a Master of Engineering from the Indian Institute of Science and a Bachelor of Technology from the National Institute of Technology Warangal.
