Haoran Chen

Haoran Chen is a Scientist I at the Institute of Microelectronics since December 2017, specializing in heterogeneous integration on silicon interposers and the development of closed loop liquid cooling solutions for data centers. Previously, Haoran led research as a Research Fellow at Nanyang Technological University, resulting in over ten publications, and served as a Private Tutor focusing on subjects such as linear systems and thermodynamics. Early career experience includes a role as a Teaching Assistant at the UM-SJTU Joint Institute, where interaction through MATLAB GUI was utilized for educational purposes. Haoran holds a Ph.D. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Nanyang Technological University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
