Weiguo Chen

Weiguo Chen is a lead research engineer II at the Institute of Microelectronics, with experience in thermal modeling and characterization at Nanyang Technological University. Additionally, Weiguo has worked as a product design engineer at Bosch Packaging Technology, a senior associate engineer II at Intevac, and a planner/designer at Shine Precision Engineering Pte Ltd. Weiguo holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Newcastle and a M.Sc. in Systems Design and Management from the National University of Singapore.
