Jonathan Brown

Jonathan Brown has a diverse work experience in the engineering and sales fields. Jonathan started their career as a Structural Engineer at Astec Inc, where they designed and reviewed structural components of equipment. Jonathan then transitioned to a Lead Engineer role, focusing on dust collection equipment and green systems. In 2015, they became a Biomass Project Engineer for ASTEC, Inc. Jonathan joined Astec Industries, Inc. in 2012, working as a Lead Engineer and later becoming a Regional Sales Manager for the Florida and Georgia regions. Jonathan achieved record-breaking sales in 2019, contributing to a 20% increase in company performance. Additionally, Jonathan is also a Co-Owner of Volunteer Bottling, a Chattanooga-based bottling and injection molding company specializing in sanitizer production.

Jonathan Brown obtained a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (BSCE) from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga from 2008 to 2011. Jonathan also pursued a degree in Structural Engineering from Tennessee Technological University from 2005 to 2006.
