Marcin Rozanski

Marcin Rozanski has extensive experience in finance and leadership roles. Marcin is currently serving as the Vice President of Finance EMEA at Asteelflash since August 2021. Before joining Asteelflash, they held the position of Finance Leader EMEA - Sr. Director Finance at Gates Corporation from February 2019 to July 2021.

Prior to Gates Corporation, Marcin worked at Lumileds as the Global Head of Finance Operations - Finance Director from January 2016 to January 2019. Marcin also served at Philips where they held various roles, including Site Controller - Finance Director from August 2011 to December 2015, Site Controller - Finance Director from May 2010 to July 2011, and Multiple Finance Controller roles from April 2000 to April 2010.

Marcin Rozanski obtained a MSc in Economics from Poznan University of Economics And Business between the years 1995 and 2000. Marcin then pursued a degree in ACMA CGMA, Chartered Management Accountant from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, specializing in Accounting and Business/Management. This degree was completed from 2012 to 2018. Additionally, they participated in the Philips Inspire Program at Hult Ashridge starting in 2009, although the end year is not specified.
