Mathieu Hernandez is currently serving as an Equipment and Process Leader at Asteelflash, where they oversee engineering processes within a global corporate framework. Previously, Mathieu held key roles in various companies, including Thales as Responsable Produits Série, where they managed product compliance across multiple clients, and at Louis Vuitton, where they led cross-functional teams on new product industrialization projects. Mathieu has also contributed to quality assurance at DESRUES S.A.S. and process improvements at COFIDUR EMS, showcasing a strong background in project management and engineering practices. They earned an engineering degree in Industrial Engineering from ECAM Rennes and a DUT in Mechanical Engineering and Production from IUT Brest.
