Victor Barba is an experienced plant manager with a strong background in assembly operations and engineering. Currently serving as the Plant Manager at Asteelflash in Raleigh since April 2012, Victor oversees all aspects of assembly operations, including Production, Engineering, Quality, Procurement/Planning, Facilities, HR, and Program Management, in addition to managing the site's P&L. Previously, Victor held the position of Site Engineering Manager at Asteelflash, where the focus was on Manufacturing and Test Engineering.
