Victor Barba

Victor Barba is an experienced plant manager with a strong background in assembly operations and engineering. Currently serving as the Plant Manager at Asteelflash in Raleigh since April 2012, Victor oversees all aspects of assembly operations, including Production, Engineering, Quality, Procurement/Planning, Facilities, HR, and Program Management, in addition to managing the site's P&L. Previously, Victor held the position of Site Engineering Manager at Asteelflash, where the focus was on Manufacturing and Test Engineering. Additionally, Victor managed assembly operations at Asteelflash's Owego site from September 2012 to June 2014 and served as the Director of Assembly Engineering at Endicott Interconnect Technologies, Inc., from March 1979 to April 2012.
