Gary Hanson

Gary Hanson is a seasoned professional with over 45 years in the accounting profession, transitioning to a new phase of their career in July 2021. Previously an audit partner at BDO LLP, Gary led the Cambridge office and served on various boards, including as a Non-Executive Director and Audit Committee chair at East of England International. Currently, Gary holds the position of Senior Director at Centri Business Consulting, supporting UK-based pre-IPO companies in entering the US market, while also serving as Treasurer of the Cambridge Law Society and an advisory board member of Astel Ventures. Additionally, Gary has contributed to the growth of charitable organizations like Founders4Schools, where they served as Trustee and Chair of the Audit Committee.
