Brandon Vaught

Brandon Vaught, MBA, MAM-HRM, is an accomplished Department Head and Director of Operations at Hitachi Astemo, where they manage continuous improvement initiatives for production efficiency. A U.S. Navy veteran, Brandon served as a Training Supervisor and Watch Commander, overseeing the training and development of service members. Prior to their current role, they held managerial positions at Amazon, focusing on supply chain and logistics operations, and gained valuable experience as an Aquascape Contractor and owner/operator of Waterlily Ponds and Waterfalls LLC. Brandon earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Western Carolina University and holds master's degrees in Business Administration and Management, and Human Resources Management from the American Public University System.
